To maintain fairness and sustainability, only wallets that meet specific criteria are eligible to file for medical reimbursement claims. These conditions are designed to reward long-term holders and protect the integrity of the CryptoHealth Treasury.

🧾 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a claim, a wallet must:

• Hold CHT tokens in a non-custodial wallet

• Avoid selling or transferring CHT for a minimum holding period (defined by DR_MIST and subject to adjustment)

• Be visible on-chain and not excluded from reflections

• Submit proof of a hospital admission lasting at least 48 hours

Only hospital admissions are currently eligible for reimbursement. Other health-related events may be added in the future, depending on treasury capacity and token performance.

🔒 Optional Identity Disclosure

• Providing identity details (e.g., name, address) is optional

• A privacy-preserving ID system is available for anonymous participation

• Additional reimbursement amounts may be granted to users who voluntarily disclose identity details

Eligibility is reviewed manually during the claims process. Meeting these criteria does not guarantee reimbursement, as final approval depends on available funds and the outcome of the computation scheme.
