๐Ÿ“‹Initial Claims Computation

The Initial Reimbursement Amount is the base value used to determine how much a claimant may receive from the CryptoHealth Treasury. It is calculated using four separate limits, each designed to balance fairness, sustainability, and treasury protection.

The lowest value among these four limits becomes the Initial Reimbursement Amount for a given claim. This approach ensures that reimbursements remain consistent, responsible, and aligned with available resources.

๐Ÿ“Š The Four Limits

  1. Limit 1 โ€“ USD value of CHT holdings, calculated using the projectโ€™s Multiplier System

  2. Limit 2 โ€“ A ceiling based on the length of uninterrupted token holding

  3. Limit 3 โ€“ 30% of the claimantโ€™s hospital bill, subject to documentation

  4. Limit 4 โ€“ A percentage of the Total Value Locked (TVL) in the CryptoHealth Treasury

These limits are designed to work together, not independently. They reflect both individual wallet behavior and the overall health of the treasury.

In certain cases, these limits may be bypassed or enhanced by holding a designated Support Token for a minimum period, as defined by the CryptoHealth team. This mechanism allows committed participants to access higher reimbursement tiers while supporting ecosystem growth.
