2๏ธโƒฃLimit 2: HODL Ceiling

Limit 2 places a maximum cap on the amount a wallet can claim from the CryptoHealth Treasury, based on how long its CHT tokens have been held without selling or transferring, or how long LP tokens have remained paired without being removed.

This ceiling ensures that even if a wallet qualifies for a high Limit 1 value, the final claimable amount remains within sustainable bounds. The longer a wallet HODLs, the higher its ceiling โ€” assuming other limits also permit the amount.

*Ceiling limits for 48 and 60 months apply only to CHT held on the BNB Chain, and require holding the designated BEP-20 Support Token in the same wallet for a minimum of 3 years.

๐ŸŽฏ Purpose of the Ceiling Limit

  • Protect the Treasury from being drained by large claims

  • Cap high Limit 1 values to ensure fair distribution

  • Reward long-term holders with higher ceiling thresholds

  • Create a level playing field between small and large holders

๐Ÿ“Œ Sample Computations

Scenario 1 โ€“ Holder buys $1,000 worth of CHT at a $30,000 market cap Market cap remains stable at time of claim:

  • After 12 months โ†’ Limit 1 = $2,000, but Limit 2 caps claim at $1,250

  • After 24 months โ†’ Limit 1 = $5,000, capped at $3,500

  • After 36 months โ†’ Limit 1 = $8,000, capped at $7,500

  • After 60 months (with Support Token) โ†’ Limit 1 = $18,000, capped at $15,000

Scenario 2 โ€“ Holder buys $100 worth of CHT at same market cap Market cap grows to $300,000 by time of claim:

  • After 60 months (with Support Token) โ†’ Limit 1 = $18,000

    • Actual CHT value = $1,000

    • Limit 2 caps claim at $15,000

This system ensures that long-term holders can benefit from growth and multipliers, while preventing disproportionate claims from large wallets. It balances reward and sustainability across the ecosystem.

Limit 2 works in tandem with the other three limits. The final Initial Reimbursement Amount will be the lowest value among all limits set by the Project Founder.
