Verification Process
The CHT Verification Process for claims ensures the following:
Individual filing for claims has ownership and access to the address owning CHT or CHT LP tokens
CHT or CHT LP tokens meet the minimum HODL requirement, as evidenced by the chain explorer
Individual filing for a claim was involved in a medically insurable event
Individual filing for a claim will be provided with an accurate username that will be referenced during succeeding claims filed by the same address
